I can't tell if it's my version of Acrobat or the TSB web site. I get partway into a TSB and the system locks up or crashes. I've finally gotten the infamous erratic fuel gauge and wanted to print out the TSB for my dealer.

although it stalled for a few seconds after about 1/3 of it was downloaded . Anything I can do to help?

I had the same thing happen. Here's my solution using MS Internet Explorer 5.x.

1) Right-click on the TSB link that points to the PDF file and choose the "Save Target as" option from the context menu.

2) Save the file to some place on your local hard drive like your temp directory.

3) Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory you just stored the file in and double-click on the PDF file to open it.

I think the problem has something to do with Adobe Acrobat 4.0 since I never saw the problem with 3.0.
