The sub wofer has been clicking and poping rendering all of the speakers innoperable. The radio works, CD's and all, but the speakers phase in and out and I noticed when they do work, the sub wofer has heavy static coming from it. I plan on going to the dealer and I changed the fuse, putting my radio in SAFE lock out mode. Thanks to the AW search function, I learned where to locate the unlock code and how to implement it, still the speakers do not work and when they do, heavy static and poping from the sub wofer. Sound usually lasts 10 minutes and then dies before I have to turn the car off and back on but that does not always work either. I leave the radio on and t eventually comes back on. I hope it does not work, or at least the static from the sub does happen when I take it in but I figure it might just be a lose connection with the sub and I'd like to try before I shell out another $50 for my deductable.
