anyone know the weights of the 00 A6 sport & non sport OEM 16"wheels?

The PST package wheel, or Audi's OE 17 X 7.5" BBS RC and Potenza 225/45/17 tire weighs 40 pounds w/o the center cap according to my digital bathroom scale. The center cap weighs less than a pound, maybe less than one half. The space saver spare for the A6 2.7T weighs 32 pounds. BTW, if you are thinking of buying the RC wheels from BBS instead, their 17" application is somewhat heavier because their wheel only comes in 17 X 8". The really attractive Audi 9 spoke sport wheels weigh and cost the same as the RC and provide the luxury of a MUCH faster clean time (9 spokes versus 16!) and their spokes are much less convex than the RC so they are less likely to get eaten by curbs and carwashes. I wish these wheels were offered as part of the A6 PST package versus the RC. Good luck!
