Anyone with personal experience of Eagle RS-A tires?

yea, the best way to explain the performance of the tire is this
they are just like all the hybred/ cross-over bike you see married people ride around........
they are not good at anything

I'm not a fan of Goodyear, but v rated RSA's came on my BMW
they say made in Germany on the sidewall.
they are pretty quiet, and were great in snow and ice. handling isn't bad. for an overall drive around tire, they're pretty good--then again I only have 3500 miles on the tires/car.

For about $150 per tire, you can get Pirelli PZeroNeroM&S or Falken Ziex ZE-512...
both all season with good ratings. How much "cheaper" do you need? I think Tire Rack lists the Sumitomo HTR+ for about $100 each, but I'd rather pay the extra $50 each for a better tire. Those Sumitomos sucked badly!
Oh, and I am assuming that you want to try the 245/40/18 size for those RS6 replicas. Not as many choices in the 255/35/18 size.
Happy shopping!!!

They sUHUHUHUHUHUUUUUUUUck. Srsly.
Had them as OE on two cars. Was a real eye opener when I put good rubber on the car.
Second car I took them off within 30 days based on the first car.

Yes. Too much money for not enough tire.
We retired them after 20K of miserable handling in dry and wet. (a4 cab) I now have the Falken Ziex 512 on the cab. Infinatly better and for half the price.
