Default Anyone purchased "Sport Seats" to replace the "comfort seats" ?

I really miss the sport seats in my B5 S4 and the new A6 has the "comfy" seats - translation - no lateral support!!

Thanks,
Bob

At least three of us would like to do so. Very pricey from a dealer.

I gotta figure they show up from time to time in the auto graveyards.

Default I had a guy in Parts say they cost "a couple thousand dollars each."

I did not feel the need to inquire further. I assume that they may show up in auto graveyards, but how do you actually find them?

We'll have better luck with a Group-NJ-Vandalism-Buy.

Default My neighbor down the street has them and just...

traded off his car to his wife. I am very tempted to try to negotiate a trade. I have to get to know them a little better. Any idea how difficult it is to replace them?? I would probably be on the hook for changing all four, but if that is the only cost, it certainly would be worth it.

Default Some challanges to get over

I have a set of sport seats in my shed. the problem is the plugs are different. The module in the bottom of the seat has the same part number. but the non-sport has an extra plug with lots of wires. It looks like the wires are consulated to 2 plugs on the sport seats. I have not been able to figure this out so they sit in the shed.. I also do not know if the sports are heated. wish I could figure this out....good luck..
