Yes, but you can only configure on a limited basis. I did discover that my '04 equipped in as '05 would cost about $8k more (MSRP)!
I'm happy with the '04.

Yeah, but you cannot really compare.
Look at all the stuff that you are getting more.
MMI, bluetooth, DVD Nav, Advance key, Voice Recognition...
The 4.2 only goes up $3k when loaded.
The base price on each only goes up $1,000 compared to the 2004 A6 3.0Q and 4.2Q.
