Australian F1 GP. Who's showing it in Bay Area?

ABC? ESPN? You must be kidding
ABC & ESPN would have to get a great deal to carry F1. Besides, they have to get past Rupert Murdoch who holds the European F1 TV contract (Sky).
The U.S. GP at Indy pulled half the TV ratings in the U.S. that a "World of Outlaws" Sprint car race usually pulls. This from the race that should have garnered the highest ratings in the US of any of them. Thus, I don't think ESPN/ABC is going to line up to get this contract. It's very close to a complete waste of airtime.
I watch F1 and follow it closely, but it has no following in the U.S.
Last year I caught almost all the races on Fox Sports Net. Most were tape delayed.

http://www.formula1.com/</a
