Well it took 10 hours and ALOT of contorting of hand by the time the refurbished rack was in the car. After receiving two quotes for the install of $800 and $550, I decided to do it myself (literally all by myself). You cant see it itin the pic but the passenger side inner tie rod was totally beat, it was hanging down it had no fortitude left. For the install I used a the rack tech article, a mixture of crowbars and repetitive procedures but it went fairly smoothly. My advice would to have a friend to reinstall the rack but if you align the rack with the mounting hole by using the bolt. You can use a crowbar to lift the rack while you torque the bolt. I found that with respect to the banjo bolts mount the rack to the get the banjo bolts stared, then take down the rack to apply torque to the bolts. It is a backasswards way to do it but will save time in the end. Also, I used an old shade tree trick and greased up my 10mm socket put the bolt in greasy socket, added 2ft. extension, crawled under car with flashlight and a small amount of hope and installed the 3rd mounting bolt.

Just got it back from alignment, what a difference. Firm precise handling..
I forgot how good these cars feel with "new" steering assemblies. Tech said all alignment numbers in spec except camber (I am lowered 1.5) which is -1 degree.
I am going to pop my servotronic relay in fro kicks while I still have the knee bolster apart.
