Update. I replaced the B1S2 or passenger post cat oxygen sensor and installed anti foulers at the same time. Problem solved. I've driven 3 days and 100+ miles with no recurrence of 16805 code, warm up catalyst bank 1 p0421 efficiency below threshold. Much cheaper and easier than messing with replacing a cat.
