Per Bilstein Sales USA, "no Authorized Dealers are permitted to sell their (Bilsteins) products on Ebay or any other auction sites. Any products purchased thru Ebay or any other auction sites carry no implied warranty from the manufacturer."
The warranty is also non-transferable and only issued to the original owner.
Learned this the hard way...
