Can't aim passenger headlight high enough
Attempting to aim my headlights. The driver's side is adjusted correctly. However, I am having trouble with the passenger side - it is aimed a bit lower than the driver's side, and I can't raise it any higher. It is at its maximum height, and still too low by a good margin.
What could attribute to this difference? The car was not in any accident, the mounting appears correct.
