They will send wheel to wheel doctor. Will that have any effect on the way the car rides/handles/brakes?

I also need tires. Fronts are shot, rears are OK but have 27k on them. My inclination is to replace all 4. Any reason not to replace all 4 at this time? I am considering Conti Extreme Sports

With Quattro and that much mileage, you should replace all 4 tires.
Once bent wheel is corrected, you shouldn't feel any difference.

I have 2 new wheels coming from Tire Rack for the same reason 8-(

I assume that wheels will be restored to original condition so nothing should be affected. If the ride, etc. sucked after repair, I doubt that many people would get their wheel fixed. I have read here that sometimes a wheel is bent so bad that it is not fixable. Let's hope that is not your situation.
