Default Carorder.com is dead

Remember a few weeks ago. I think someone posted that carorder.com was offering the preferred package for the 2.7T for free and was essentially offering a loaded 2001 2.7 @ 2.8 prices. Well it looks like the deal was too good to be true . . . they shut down. Don't know what it means to placed orders though.<ul><li><a href="http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1007-200-2554794.html?tag=st.ne.1002.thed.ni">http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1007-200-2554794.html?tag=st.ne.1002.thed.ni</a</li></ul>

Men. Didn't take long, didn't it? Well, it was good for car buyers while it lasted.

Default I guess I'm one of the lucky ones

I got my 2000 A6 2.8Q through CarOrder.com for exactly $592 over invoice. They actually subsidized my purchase by about $1200. I guess that's one of the reasons they went under.

R.I.P., CarOrder.

Default Battle of the "we spent all of our money" close-down pages...

Living.com is leading the pack right now... CarOrder.com needs a little more style I think!<p>>>Muhammad
