Default Check out the loaner I had yesterday..

So I brought my car in for the replacement of my Parktronic (including sensors) and for the change to summerwheel setup.
As usual I get a loaner, normally a A6 or A4, but this time I got this:

Audi A8 (MY 2006) 3.7 Quattro Tip, One word, WOW!
What a great car, I loved the seats, the silence, performance and quality.
Things I liked:
- Seats, perfect
- Overall interior
- LED DRL and LED taillight
- Lights to the side when you make a turn
- The MMI, really cool.
- The Air-suspension, really is great
- Quattro, I want to have it on my next car!

Things I didn't like:
(Besides the wheels :P)
Well the only small thing that I noticed was the gearbox, I think the Multitronic gearbox is much smoother during gear changes.
But that's a thing I would take for granted!!
Sorry for the crappy pics, but I was home late.

The Avant also got four new tires, Conti's Sport Contact 2 (235/45)...
Does anyone has experience with these?

Default Do you think? hehe :P

I'll keep the Avant for another year or two.. besides that the A8 3.0 TDI Quattro (I need a diesel, I drive 30k miles per year), with a few minor extra's costs around $120,000 - $ 130.000 here!
Ah well we shall see! :P

Man those wheels are FUGLY! I've never seen those before on an A8. Are they Euro only?
