Default Classic Automobiles

I recently purchased and allroad from Classic Automobiles of Westchester County N. Y. without any prior experience with the dealership.
I was prompted by the convenience of their new service center which is right around the corner from where i live.

Has anybody had experience with this dealership?

I'd greatly appreciate hearing from anybody with experience with this dealer. Good or Bad.

Thanks

Default I qualify, 3 cars purchased since'84, two of them since March '99...

The older one is a 99.5 A4 2.8QTipS; the one delivered 12/00 is a '01 2.7QTipS. Obviously, I'm happy. Email me w/specific questions and I'll answer.

Regards,

Thanks for your response.

I have never seen Classic Automobiles mentioned on the site and I was curious what people think of them in general. I have no reason to complain so far and I am thrilled with my allroad.
It is my first Audi and with all the negative posts regarding dealer/service experiences. I was wondering How my dealer stacks up with the rest.
I'm banking on that they do and excellent job and that my purchase has been well founded.

I'd love to hear anything ypou have to say about Classic sales and service.

Many thanks

Default Response....

I dealt in the early days w/Brian Miller, son of the owner, Arthur, now Brian's selling Lambo's or Ferrari's in their NYC showroom. I have nothing but good words about son & dad who've always treated me fairly and with respect, They genuinely enjoy cars as well.

Over the last several buys I've dealt w/Tommy DeSessa (Sales Mgr.)and Ken Moon, who despite my best efforts to drive crazy, always get back to me when I call, treat me very fairly and never "overpromise and underdeliver" - I believe they appreciate my car passion and put up with my requests in the nicest way. Good guys.

On the service side, I deal exclusively w/Andy DiNobile, one of the "old timers" who knows me for the lovable lunatic that I am, and gives back in spades the level of service I expect having spent (no - I don't lease)better than $80 large in 2 years.

I suggest you look in archives under "Classic", you'll see many of my posts over the last several years - both in A4 and A6 forums.

Best of luck w/yr new ride!!
