Default Clutch not engaging as strongly as before.

Recently it seems as though my clutch doesn't grab/engage as strongly as it used to. Sometimes I get the clutch smell too. I have not changed my driving habits over the past 6 months and I don't drive aggressively. Any reason why this would suddenly happen, and what I can have checked out?

Default I'm no expert but I have had similar issues which required a new clutch in each case. But I suggest

that you have your clutch inspected. I too am having a little slippage with my clutch and I plan on having it replaced with an RS4 Clutch, an RS4 Clutch variant or a Clutch Masters Clutch. And of course I'll be replacing my flywheel too. Good luck.

Default Very simple.. the nose knows...

If it is smelling.. it is slipping and this only happens when the clutch is worn out.
Save yourself some added probelms and get it fixed by a good indy shop now. It will get worse..not better.

Default Simple test: Go on the highway at about 40mph, put it in 6th, and floor it...

...if the revs stay consistant with the increasing speed, it's not slipping. If it revs high and you aren't doing 140mph, it's time for a clutch.
Oh, and obey local speed limits, blah blah.
