I read previously about Drew A6 2.7T clutch problems. I have a 1998 A6 1.8T manual speed. This may be a coincidence but when it's warm outside the clutch pedal has on three occasions got stuck in inner position. When pulled out by hand, the clutch works fine again. The dealership has had a look at it, but has no ideas. The best thing they can do is to start changing parts. Has anyone experienced something like this? Please do share any ideas.

The dealer will be replacing the master slave cylinder and hopefully that will be the fix. I thought they had already replaced it, but as it turns out they had only replaced the master hydralic cylinder. I can let you know more in a few weeks once they replace it.
