Comments on 4 wheel alignment report, please...
My only real issue going into the alignment seemed to be very fast wear on inner portion of both front tires (possible excessive negative camber). I was down to 5-6mm tread after only about 8,000 miles on fronts. Tires had not been rotated since installed.
With $$ spent on new tires I wanted to minimize this situation. Well, front negative camber was 1.1 degrees - right within specs. I was told rotate tires more option.

With 5000 mile rotation, my Continental Sport Contacts lasted 26,500 miles before...
..one of the fronts corded itself flat. Same wear you describe. The fronts went from OK looking to corded/flat inside 1500 miles. Alignment was checked after and was within spec. My car is 100% stock.

Wasn't worth going in for alignment, they didn't or couldn't do anything much...
Unless racing and tire life is of no concern, I have real problems with those (Audi) Specs. For max tire life:
Camber should be Zero, -0.5deg absolute max neg. and identical both sides.
Total Toe also should be Zero, drive torque will pull it slightly neg. Also, total toe must be centered on the chassis, F and R.
DIY!
