CONDENSATION IN MY HEADLAMP!!!
#12
All cars tend to this, even $100K S-class MB models
I see this all the time-not just my own Audi, but BMW, MB, and plenty of other cars. There is really nothing you can do about it. Don't make yourself crazy trying to find a fix.

I had this too....its fixed now
Audi says this is normal. yea right...I don't see Kia headlamps fogged up. I had a xenon headlamp replaced after a wreck and it had the condensation problem. Turns out that it just wasn't sealed properly. Take CarbonLords suggestion and poke around a bit. Mine was a little piece that helped secure the light in place (I didn't fix it, heard second hand from my insurance agent, who BTW fixed it himself right in front of the Audi guys who were about to charge Progressive for another headlamp).

I was told that because the lights have vents on them condesation can occur...
especially in colder weather. They should dry out after a few minutes of having the xenons on.

stuff paper towel in hole and turn on highbeam to generate heat
this is not my idea, I read it here but don't remember where, it went something like this, stuff a paper towel(lint free of course) in the xenon hole and turn on the highbeam. The heat is suppose to turn the water inside to steam an this will be absorbed by the paper towel. Remove paper towel, replace xenon with good seal as mentioned above and hopefully no more foggy headlamp.

Well, that's true about the weather seals
The weather seal gaskets that slip into the retainer slots on the back of the lamp housing's weather covers are tricky. They are very easy to fall out of their seating, when you remove the weather cover. They don't don't necessarily go back into the correct seating, if you are not paying close attention to what you are doing. I can see some dealer tech just wanting to be done with it-boom, he sticks the gaskets back in, but they are twisted at one corner or another. Now, you probably end up with a problem.
