Covers for headlight washers
Has anyone had experience with the covers for the headlight washers coming off. I am missing one after only two weeks. Was wondering if this will be ongoing?

Yes, many have had those come off...
It been discussed a number of times. One suggestion was to use a tie wrap (wire tie) around the legs (brackets) holding them to the mechanism. I did that some time ago and have had no problem using them at speed. They can be held in the up position by wedging them with something that won't mar the finish (I used a piece of a wooden paint mixer). Once up, the tie wrap is placed around the legs just above where they snap onto the spayer mechanism.

Check the direction of the jet nozzles
I had one come off, when I took it to the dealership, they found that both of the jet nozzles were missing, in essence, when activated, the stream would hit the inside (i.e. bottom) of the cap, helping dislodge it. Once that got replaced... no problems.

Re: Covers for headlight washers
Your local service location should be able to replace the cap quickly. I would also suggest the use of a wire or plastic tie. When I had to get my cap replaced, that's what the service guy did to mine, and I haven't had any problems since.
