creaking noise in front end, any thoughts..

Noticed a groaning or creaking noise in the front end of my '01 2.7 this week when turning at low speeds both right and left. Any ideas, maybe a tierod?

Could be the dreaded control arm bushings.

That's something like an $800 repair.

I had the same problem. It ended up being my tie-rod ends. The dealer replaced them and no more noise.
