CVT Reliability

One of my reasons for considering an AM warranty is because of the Audi CVT lack of maintenance history.
I have less than 12K on my 2004 3.0.
Would any of you CVT owners like to comment and cite your experience and mileage?

Probably more CVTs on the A4 board, no?

but contact me if you want a true savings cost on a fully featured exclusionary policy. No pain to find out the cost before you decide.
