Dealer said my new A6 to replace my lemon ....
Will be here by Thursday! 
AoA called me to inform me they would be handling all the paperwork and the district rep would meet me personally for all sigs INSTEAD of dealer.
Here's the funny part.....AoA told me that the dealer was trying to take advantage of the situation and trying to receive a check from AoA for $20,000! If the new car stickered for almost $55,000, assume invoice of $48,000, then the dealer was appraising my car for $28,000. Helllllo! Rip-off!
Brian from AoA was so pissed at my dealership because they were trying to make some big $ on this lemon transaction. I think it's funny that the dealer was being greedy and going for the big bucks and now they get nothing, zero, 0 !!! :P
I realized the dealer was trying to get about $20,000 for my car from AoA because the dealer called me and said I would owe about $1300.00 in takes ($1000 for sales and $300 for luxury). I told him AoA said I would not have to pay any taxes and to call AoA if the dealership has any questions. I think this is how AoA initially found out.
Thursday is the day!!! All options except Navigation. Seeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

I thought your lemon A6 was a 2.7T
The A6 2.7T does not sticker for anywhere near $55K, even when fully loaded with options. Did your lemon A6 2.7T have a lot of OEM accessories and/or aftermarket upgrades?
