Default Yes, rumour has it they are OEM for wheel spray paint
again carcareonline.com has it, and I'm pretty sure that Griot relabels and sells it as his own.

Actually, a dilute bleach solution would be a satisfactory cure to the mildew. Straight bleach might be a bit harsh...but a 1:10 or so mixture with water would be fine.
I actually like the smell of a little bleach...gives a clean smell...not straight though!
