Do pedal covers make heel & toe easier on an A6?

Brake first, gas second....
If you apply the brake first and then the gas it will work. This allows you to brake torque. If you are on the throttle then apply the brake, the throttle will be cut to prevent unintended acceleration.

What are OMP pedals?
Also, what can I do for my wife? She is short and cannot reach the pedals. I have a 6 speed and am frustrated becauase the accelerator and brake are not positioned properly for hell and toe operations. Suggestions?

ESP isn't the problem
It's been covered in other posts. Audi make sure that if you press the brake after the gas it shuts off the gas. This is because of the old "sudden acceleration" thingy.
And yes, in the US, A6s made before the TT debacle simply didn't have ESP. It was only even available as an option on 4.2s.
