They might, but will require 18" wheels with aggressive offset.

isnt that stage 3 322MM and the stock brakes 321mm... is there really much difference?

Default yes there is....calipers are larger and the discs are larger and thicker....

Not to mention the fact that the big reds have an extra set of pistons in each caliper.
