I believe so, or so I've read, but I don't have one myself, so I couldn't say for certain.

Default I believe most chips remove the limitier in their standard programming.
Just from what I have heard. I think thats why some people say to get W-Y-Z rated tires when you chip.
Stay stock and stay worry free... : )

they changed the speed limiter to 199mph
