Driver's door is difficult to open from the inside and outside. When I pull the handle on the
inside it barely opens the mechanism just at the end. It used to open about in the middle. A few times it has not opened at all.
Any thoughts?
Is it difficult to remove the inside door panel? They always hide the fasteners well.

The latch mechanism needs lubricating. To do taht you do have to remove the inner panel - search....
and you will find loads of info - search for "window guides".
