Eibach springs on 2.7T
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/17780/dcp00750.jpg">I've finally got the Audi / Eibach springs installed on my A6. Here is the after picture from rear 3/4 view. Langan Audi installed them effortlessly yesterday.
My driving impression so-far has been positive. The car has flattened out quite a bit with less dive and squat. The ride is a little busier but not overly compromised. I've not noticed bad mismatch between springs and shocks - it still feels well damped.

Looks very nice!! They may settle some. (reducing gap even further)
I've seen those Eibachs on another Ming Blue somewhere?????!!!Hummmmmmm. Nice color you have there, be careful, cause its the fastest color in the A6 line!

If I were to choose between 17"s and Eibachs, I'd go with the springs
Thanks for the pics Peter. Your car looks great with the spring/17" rim combo. Without the Eibachs, it looked a bit jacked-up, IMHO.
I would like to see some pics of an A6 with the Eibachs and stock rims. I like the look and lower/stiffer sidewall of 17" rims, but I don't want the typical added weight.
Any idea how the weight of your wheel/tire combo compares to stock?
TIA,
