Exhaust tips on 00' 2.7T

Exhaust tips on 00' 2.7T
Did anyone put on exhaust tips on a 00' 2.7T. I know the 2003s have the bottom part of the bumper cut out for the exhaust tips. Is it possible to do this on the 00'? How hard is it to replace that bottom bumper part?
ps. any1 have a solution for that buzzing noise (that was discussed a few days ago here) in the top left wen the bass is up high or the car hits bumps? its this annoyin vibration sound... thanx
