Hello friends, my cars I got an error code 16538 and went to a different website but did not get it. Both are new sensors .
Are the white wires that are connected to the sensor heater before they start and should they have electricity when opening the switch?

check wiring back to ecu, connector to ecu. Maybe bad ecu. Or maybe bad O2 sensor.

Bank 2 is the driver side in the USA, the passenger side in the UK. From the driver seat, it is the side on the left.
