When backing out of a parking spot or turning from a stop there is a strong shudder/vibration from the car. There is also a shudder/vibration when I accelerate teh car from a stop and when slowing down the car seems to "pulse". I know that the wrong word but it feels like its undulating or something.

I recently had 8 new control arms and 2 tie rod ends put on in addition to new tires (7 days old), alignment, and the ABS sensor reinstalled.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Well when you are making these turns are they at very low speeds and sharp hard turns? If so this could just be the quattro system trying to grip on all four wheels. When you get the "pulse" is it after your accelerating and then just release the gas?

Slow when pulling out of a parking spot, it never was as bad as it is.
