Fixing instrument cluster

Does anyone know, where I could fix instrument cluster (not dealership)? I heard there are businesses who repair instrument clusters. Couple of lines are missing on mine and I would like to fix that. I would appreciate it if somebody would post a link or contact.

I haven't seen yet anybody who does repairs to LCD display

they do repairs to cluster but if your needle doesn't work or bulb, the LCD nody does it yet..
I have contacted number of companies who offer repairs, none of them can fix the LCD yet..
Clairparts offer cluster replacement, cheaper then dealer does.
