I passed the 2000 mile mark and the fuel gauge is reading either full or empty with the low warning light coming on. Anyone else having this problem. Also the mpg meter is showing well above the actual mpg.

Yes I have the same problem. In fact it occured about the same milage 2000. Just go to your dealer and have them order you the fuel tank sensors. Also check out the Audi Tech site for info on what they have to do to replace these sensors. I enclose what I think is the right url.
