Has anybody replaced the center pop up cup holder

Mine won't stay down in my Avant and I have a new one on the way. I am guessing this requires removal of the center console.

Just open it and pry two tabs inside with a screwdriver, then pull.

Sell me your old one? One of my cup-hugging-tab is broken.

I can probably take both apart and swap the arms.
