Default Just curious - What could be the reason for such mod?
Is there any practical advantage? Also, is it legal in MA? I am interested, in part, because I may ship my 2.8 back to Russia where Euro plate is a necessity

Default i saw a post on this about a month ago...
...and they had to cut the top and bottom off their US plate. It did have a nice CF look however.

Usually done to make the plate fit improperly. Also adds that "Euro Edge."

Default it was only...a matter of time before you posted about doing this.....
...keep in mind...that you will need to bend the top and bottom parts of your license plate (I just bent mine with vise grips) and you will need to modify your plate frame if you want to retain it...no biggie though.

Mine has been on for about two months...but I haven't gotten around to post pix. The avant version can only be sourced from germany.

I assume you have one on order from ebay.de??
