Default hmmmm. I like it...I think....CEL light just....'went away'..

Was throwing CAT codes for a while. (months...prob. 6K miles) My fix was 'reset the light using VAG-COM'. Anyway, the light just ...went out. think I burned the bulb out! I have yet to try the VAG-COM to see if I'm still getting issues....anyone else experience this?!

Default Usually problems don't go away by themselves. BTW,...

I would imagine that the CEL is an LED (so it should take something like ten years to burn out) Check fo it the next time you start the car..all of the lights should come on, then go out. If CEL does not come on, then it is indeed burned out

CEL will go out after a couple of cycles without codes being generated.
