How to change language for telephone GSM

Hallo, with VAG software i changed from german to italian the language. But my car belong to say "KArte Bitte", "Bitte Warten", "Brems Leicht".... Anone know which is the channel for setup the language correctly other than ch17--ch04--4 ?

Hi,

I've just collected my new A3 with GSM Prep. I have the same problem as yourself i.e. The German lady speaking when voice control is activated.

Did you find a solution...? I've called my dealer who has never heard of this. I'm sure it's a 5 min fix to solve...

I feel I'm getting the runaround from them already...?
