How do I remove the small rain gutters on either side of the winshield? I found my leak source.

"Pull left and right water deflectors out from retaining strips (from bottom upward)."

That is all it says.

Thanks, thats what I figured, but I didn't want to just start pulling.

Probably plenty of urethane holding those suckers in now.

I'm going to let the dealer hunt this out.

Methinks the drains are plugged. After only 3 years.

that's really all the technicians did...(twice!) they just pulled them right out, then when done, pushed them back into the grooves.....I'd just work it out every few inches moving upward so you don't bend/snap the thing!
