I'm thinking of selling my A4 2.8MSX for an A6. I'm looking at an '00 2.7T, 6sp everything but nav, 38k miles, Audi certified for $20,000. Also found an '01 -- same equipment w/ 42k miles, sport pkg and 17"wheels. Asking 25k. Comments...

.....about right. Only if it has Audi Assured warranty and I think you should be able to knock down the price. Negotiate.
