On my way back from the S4 challenge last month I blew a turbo hose off the car at around 1AM on the I-5 near sacramento. I grabbed a hotel and got up early and called every Audi dealership in the phone book. They were all too busy except Niello Audi, who understood my predicament and got me in first thing in the morning.

They removed the hose, cleaned it off and put all new clamps on it for me. They put their best tech on the job and got it taken care of very quickly so I could get back on my way home.

Best part of it all, as they pulled the car out of the bay, the service write (Shane) brought me an invoice with $0.0 on it! Now THAT is great service. Thanks to the whole crew there for taking care of me.

If you live near Sacramento, I would highly recommend checking Niello out! Top notch service!
