I've been able to get a response about 1/4 of the time I've tried.

Default No problem here in US West coast
There may have been an outage at the east coast interchange, MAE East. That would affect much of Europe and Africa, etc. Haven't seen anything on such an outage, but I don't have access to all the reporting I used to.
