I was hoping to install my new wheel tonight, but it looks like that's not going to happen : (

You guys listed the Torx sizes that I would need, but you neglected to bring up the fact they are recessed :P So despite the fact that I have the right size bits, I am unable to reach the bolts. And while we are on the subject of bolts, I was disappointed to also notice that they are not the same as the ones that came with my new bag. I was hoping to reuse them, because one of the bolts on the new bag has a stripped head. I just can't believe my luck.. This sucks.

Default Maybe you should have read the tech article I suggested earlier...

...I clearly state that the torx bolts are difficult to reach with a normal tork driver, and a right-angle torx set is the perfect tool for this application. See this tech article for more info on the steering wheel removal (from signal stalk replacement tech article)

Oh, and did you obtain the M-12 triple-square for the steering wheel bolt? Not sure if you saw my earlier reply to your question.

Default I can't believe I am still awake, but...

...40th birthday party for a friend, and the caterer had this AMAZING iced cappuccino with dessert. Served in tiny shot glasses, but the gals in the kitchen showed me where they hid the pitcher for refills and before you know it...I filled my large tumbler several times over.

I am quite wired...doing laundry, checking e-mail and AW, balancing the checkbook, orgnaizing some files...I should sleep but I CAN'T!!!

Default Yeah.. I have one of those M12's already.

And I didn't follow your link, because I thought it went to the Tip wheel retrofit article :P
