Default I MISSSSS my A6 ..and this forum too

I have had the GS400 for about 3 weeks now. Can't say I dont loove it. The smooooth and quite V8..on demand over steer..fast as heck...
But in a wau I really do miss my A6, wish I could have both the A6 and the GS400..
If the A6 4.2 had a better resale value I probably would have thought about dumping 30K or more into it,(no offense..just my humble opinion..no flaming please)
Anyway, just wanted to say hi..
Even though the A6 is long gone I still visit this page atleast once.
I am also a member of the "lexusclub.com" and it really isnt the same. 95% or more car are "riced out" (pardon the slang) and not many people have a good idea of what they are doing. The median age might be 22 or something..
Well have safe holiday season and a safe winter as well.

Default Go tell the IS300 guys that the Evo and STi are so much faster and once the tuning is there

they will **** all over the IS.

That should get them going.

Default Just ain't the same is it? Same problem I had with them smooth and quite; but, they just lack

something, too sterile for me. No thanks I'll keep my A6 any day!

Default In my search for a new car...

I also stumbled on ClubLexus.com. I too was very disappointed with the content and level of "rice". It had nothing to do with my purchase decision, but I'm glad I went the Audi route.

Default The turbo IS's are pretty damn fast. I haven't been watching them, but they were in the high 11s

as of a year ago. So in terms of dragging, I would say yes. In terms of a road course, I would say they need a fair amount of work.

Default Riced out Lexuses?

I'm betting the riced out ones are mostly IS models. It's pretty hard for me to imagine a LS or GS model that's riced out given the driver demographics.

Dang, 22 year old kids driving Lexuses? Where do they get the money?
