Not much really... stock KO3s are not that expensive... the expensive part is the install because you have to basically remove and take apart the engine.
You could probably get 2 of em easily for under $1000.
If i were u I'd just upgrade to the KO4s when they break. They're about $4000

get an outside warranty......
i bought a Continental Warranty with the "freedom coverage." i asked my mechanic to call and see if the warranty would cover the turbos and they said yes and even offered a claim number. my turbos were fine so we didnt go through with the repairs.
the warranty is pretty cheap...ill end up paying $1800 for 37 months/37000 miles.

When both turbos die,you will have a lot of oil=bad bad cats and exhaust
Your dealer will then say,( with warranty) $ 50. And if no warranty, $ 12,000 if your exhaust system got oil fouled. Trust me I know.
