Indicator front problem...

Indicator front problem...
A coupla days ago the hazards beeped when I turned it on...then shortly after my left front indicator light becomes very dim and the entire set of left indicators flashes at twice the speed of normal. I tried removing the front left bulb, it still flashes that fast. Relay problem? Short circuit? Did anyone have such problem before?
