Inset covers for a 2.7?

I was wondering if there's any way to get a set of the inset headlight wiper covers found on the 4.2 for a 2.7.

Do the 4.2's fit? They look like they might and, if so, can they be purchased anywhere?

I think you would have to change the entire bumper cover.
