Default It's Sprint's fault for not canning jerks like that months ago. There ARE other providers.

Sprint in my area was pretty bad reception and customer service wise. So, first chance I got, switcho!

Default Cingular was terrible when I moved from SoCal to NorCal. Changed to AT&T, which then

got bought. Now back to same spotty service:-( Despite some issues, I don't think I had to make more than 15 calls in the most troublesome year to get things straightened out.

But I have seen and heard of plenty scams.

Default My Cingular/At&T is working great around here, but so did Verizon, who I had for about

five years. My main reason to switch was based on rollover minutes, which helps a lot. Sprint is still the only one I can think of that starts evening hours at 7 though.
