Introduction
Hey everyone! My name's Sean, I'm from Chicago. I'm new to the Audi scene, just purchasing an '02 A6 2.7t 6spd- Silver on Black. I've been in the european crowd for a while now, as I had a 97 M3 4 door before this. I had to get a larger, more all-weather car for my job (leasing consultant for apartments) but I also wanted something more luxurious and still performance-related... enter the A6 2.7t. So far, I'm astounded at the quality of the interior, and the smooth and freight-train-like powerband (hence my screen name). I've only had it a couple days now, but I'm already completely sure I've made a good purchase. Hello all!

Great choice on the car and on picking a site....but a big WARNING if you post on this site and own a 2.7T your gonna buy a chip...we'll peer pressure you into it..cause WOW the chip's for our cars are AMAZING!!!!...and all the cool kids buy one..

Miles? Pics? Get that thing on synthetic oil ASAP.
Especially critical with the turbos. Amsoil 5w-40 European Formula is great stuff.
Surprised at your choice of words for the 2.7T power after coming from a M3!

The 2.7 is nice ado. I drove both the 3.0 and the 2.7 multiple times and couldn't
believe how much more I liked the 2.7. It seemed smoother to me somehow. Not that the 3.0 was any slacker though....
