Default Leak in my moonroof - Help?

I have a slight air leak in my moonroof on my A6. Looking at it, all the seals look good and when the roof is closed, it all looks like it seals up good. Any suggestions.

I will try the water thing. The air leak usually is only noticeable at about 60 mph.

There is often a drain hose. See if it's come disconnected, and somehow letting in air.
